Your plans are yours.
How Pawsdoor handles saved information and optional analytics.
Saved places and trips
Saved places, comparisons and trips are stored in this browser’s local storage. They are not currently synced to an account. Clearing browser storage removes these copies. You can export a backup from My trips.
Corrections
If the correction service is connected, your message and optional official source link are stored for review. Do not include personal information. The form only confirms success after the submission has been saved.
Optional analytics
Basic analytics is enabled by default for visitors identified as being in the United States, unless they opt out. Other or unknown regions require your permission before Google Analytics or configured PostHog analytics loads. Global Privacy Control keeps analytics off. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days, and you can decline or withdraw it without losing any site features.
We send public page paths without search parameters, plus controlled interaction labels such as search-length buckets, filter choices, map/place actions, source opens, navigation type and scroll depth. We do not send search text, trip notes, correction messages, saved lists, account pages or shared-trip links. Analytics cookies help distinguish visits; advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Google processes connection information when analytics is enabled. Withdrawing stops collection and removes Google Analytics cookies from this site; it does not erase information already collected.
When configured, PostHog receives a limited set of public page paths and controlled events through our server, subject to the same analytics choice. We do not forward your IP address, browser headers, URL queries, page contents or private-page activity to PostHog. A random visit identifier is stored in this tab’s session storage, expires after 30 minutes of inactivity, and is removed when analytics is turned off. It is not linked to an account or another website. Session replay and automatic form or page-content capture are not enabled. PostHog may process data outside your country; withdrawing does not erase previous events. See the PostHog privacy policy.
External websites
When you open Map & list, your browser requests map tiles and styles from OpenFreeMap and its delivery network. Those requests share connection information with the provider. The list view does not load that map. See the OpenFreeMap privacy policy.
Official source and map links take you to other websites. Their privacy practices apply there. The preview does not send emails or process bookings.
